When downtime matters, you can page a technician for onsite evaluation, scanning readiness, CAD-file review, or urgent part-production planning. The dispatch fee is paid upfront before we travel, engineer, or print.

Emergency Dispatch Terms

Item	Policy
Upfront fee	$2,000 paid before dispatch or urgent work begins.
Engineering	Quoted separately after the part, CAD file, or scan requirements are reviewed.
Printing	Quoted separately based on material, size, time, urgency, and risk.
CAD file available	We can review printability and help build the part from your STL, 3MF, STEP, or CAD file.
No CAD file	We may scan, measure, reverse engineer, and create a replacement model if feasible.
Safety critical parts	Not accepted unless separately engineered, certified, and approved under written scope.
